Want to know why we’re so passionate about making sure the groom looks good? Picture this:

The bride is walking down the aisle. All eyes are on her as guests catch their first glimpse of her much-talked about gown. But, as she nears the top of the aisle, the groom comes into full view. Next the pair are side-by-side as they prepare to exchange their vows during their ceremony.

For this moment and so many more before and after, we believe the groom and his suit should look just as perfect!

Like a beautiful dress, a great suit is fitted and tailored to the gent who wears it. And, a rental suit usually doesn’t tick off both of those boxes (and others). For that reason, we believe in fitted suits, but we specifically believe in these suits without the high price tag.

Here at The Modern Groom, we’ve created a process that matches our prices – straight forward but with a custom feel. We thought we would share the five simple steps you (and your groomsmen!) will follow when you choose to work with us and our Arizona based team.

STEP 1: PERUSE THE SITE

The first step to working with us is to explore our website. We made sure to create an online home that’s easy to navigate, which means suit options, testimonials, and photos are easy to find.

STEP 2: REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT

The great thing about The Modern Groom is we pair you with a virtual stylist. But really, the only thing “virtual” about your stylist is the fact that they’re based with the rest of our crew in Arizona. Your stylist will be joining you on a video call to talk about your wedding, suit options, and more. The best part is you will be shopping and getting styled from home.

STEP 3: ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT

During the virtual appointment, your stylist will begin by asking about color palettes, preferred styles, and the details about your wedding day (we’ll need to know if you’re planning a casual celebration or a black-tie wedding!). Then you will look through the options online together. One of our favorite features we debut during styling appointments is our virtual suit builder. Together with your stylist, you can pair suits, shirts, ties, and more on screen so you can see a proper visual of your potential look.

STEP 4: TRY ON YOUR SUIT AT HOME

Once you narrow down your options during your appointment, your stylist will prep everything for you, confirm your sizes, and ship a box from The Modern Groom to your doorstep. The groom’s only job when the box arrives within a few business days is to try everything on, see what he thinks of the fit, colors, and styles in person. And we always ask that you take photos and send to us, so we can confirm that the suit fits perfectly. Once the look is confirmed, your stylist will then make any tailoring suggestions.

STEP 5: DRESS YOUR GROOMSMEN

Our suits are definitely not only for the groom! Instead, we love helping to dress groomsmen as well. After the groom is all set with his look, get the rest of your groomsmen (and even dads and other family members) on board so everyone can be coordinated not only through color and style but also through a great fit.
