What if I need help ordering?

We're here to help! We have a team of expert wedding stylists who can help you order your suits. Just make an appointment for a virtual styling session and we'll help you take care of the rest.

When will I receive my order?

Groom : we ship 3-5 days after your order is placed via Standard Ground service through UPS.


Wedding Party members: Your order will arrive approximately 5-6 weeks before the event date.

Advice on sizing?

Choose advice on sizing request type, attach images of yourself in the suit. For us to help you with the suit fit please have your shirt tucked in, collar buttoned, cuffs buttoned up, pants worn at your waist and arms down naturally at your sides. Both front and side images will be most helpful. 

Changes to your suit selection?

Please select wedding party updates, include the changes you’d like to make in your request and we will make the updates on your behalf.

Changes to your measurements?

Please select wedding party updates, let us know the measurement updates you’d like to make and we will update on your behalf. 

Update my address?

Please select wedding party updates, let us know the updated address information and your account will be updated. 

Why is my belt too long?

If you purchased a belt, it is meant to be cut to your size. The belt buckle detaches and this is the side you cut. Please proceed with caution- you can always cut it again to ensure it latches at the middle belt notch.

Why are my pants too long?

Our pants come unhemmed with a longer amount of fabric than normal, so that you can work with a tailor to get your perfect pant length.

Where is my pocket square?

Your pocket square is attached to the back of your tie. Simply remove and add to your look!
